Green City Artists Studio is the gallery/studio of photographer Lucy Mueller and her husband, artist Marvin Tate.They are both involved in the community, attempting to beautify their neighborhood through art, community activism and gardening.Together, they have a high school age daughter.
Green City Artists Studio is located in the Avondale neighborhood of Chicago.Lucy and Marvin’s work has many commonalities, including a love and fascination with the bizarre and with the humorous and lonely sides of life.They both work with inanimate objects, toys, and found material to capture unsettling scenarios.
